  • Races that are more than a 2 hr drive from STL will qualify
  • 10 member minimum. If there are fewer than 10 members racing, the # of racers must be greater than # of non-racers/sherpas/support crew. (Ex. As few as 6 members racing, with 4 sherpas) 
  • Group meal (i.e. pre-race dinner, post-race lunch) will be on the club's tab (food only, drinks will be members' responsibility)
  • Club tent is available to bring if not being used elsewhere. Any snacks/beverage in storage can also be brought.
  • A stipend will be available to purchase snacks/recovery drinks for post-race gathering. Amount of stipend will be enough to provide for the # of members expected. 
Based on the above criteria, DR's will develop naturally based on where our members are going. In order to help us determine which races become destination races, we encourage everyone to share their race schedules using the club spreadsheet. http://tinyurl.com/yourraceschedule.  

You may edit the spreadsheet directly by following the examples already on the form or if you are not comfortable with direct editing, you may click on Form, then choose the "Go to live form" option. Your responses will auto-populate into the spreadsheet. We ask that you mark races you are considering by an asterisk(*) or question mark(?). 

Not sure of what races you're doing, or wondering what's out there that fits your schedule? Use the 2013 Race List link to surf and do some preliminary research. This list was compiled to help the membership find races this season, and while we did our best to make an accurate list please remember to verify this information before you make any big plans or register!
