The International (Olympic) distance race is the Team USA qualifier for the World Triathlon Standard Triathlon World Championship. The World Triathlon race is non-drafting.

The Sprint distance race is one of two Team USA qualifiers for the  World Triathlon Standard Triathlon World Championship. The other is the Draft-Legal Sprint Triathlon National Championship. The World Triathlon race is draft-legal.
