Trizou Triathlon Returns to Columbia, MO!!

The Trizou Triathlon offers an array of race categories catering to participants of all ages and skill levels.

• Kids Short Triathlon (ages 3-8): 25 Meter Pool Swim / 1 Mile Bike / .5 Mile Run
• Kids Long Triathlon (ages 9-12): 75 Meter Pool Swim / 2 Mile Bike / 1 Mile Run
• Youth Triathlon: 200 Meter Pool Swim / 7 Mile Bike / 1.5 Mile Run
• 5K Run
• Elite Sprint Triathlon: 400 Meter Pool Swim / 14 Mile Bike / 3.1 Mile Run
• Sprint Triathlon: 400 Meter Pool Swim / 14 Mile Bike / 3.1 Mile Run
• Super Sprint Triathlon: 200 Meter Pool Swim / 7 Mile Bike / 1.5 Mile Run
• Double-Zou: Sprint Triathlon followed by Super Sprint Triathlon
