Rockr Racing is holding a Training Day event with 2 events:
- Racing Training
- Transition Clinic
The clinics will be held at The District in Chesterfield at the new location For Bikes & Brews (formerly Swim Bike Run).
Time for Race Training – Day starts at 7:30am – 1mile run, 18-20mi bike, 5k run Duathlon Style
Time for Transition Clinic- 9:30 am – Go through T1 and T2 with some Rockr Pros (current and former)
Refreshments post clinic either at the shop or at 4Hands at The District.
