- 6:30: Snacks and Social Time – enjoy some refreshments while chatting with your fellow Tri Club members. Feel free to do some shopping as well as our Shoe Buy for the Spring will be in full swing!!
- 7:00: Meeting Begins – It’s a new year with amazing opportunities! Meet members of our new Board of Directors as well as many of our Club Coordinators; Big River Running will be presenting, discussing run training tips as well as how to determine the best pair of running shoes for each individual
- Post-Presentation, we will have a raffle for items from our sponsors and new members can pick up their courtesy “swag” – a Saint Louis Triathlon Club Tech-T and Water Bottle
ALL Meetings are open to current and prospective members, so bring a friend who may be interested in getting involved with triathlon!!
