Please join the Saint Louis Triathlon Club and Big River Running Company for our next membership meeting. Our speaker will be Laura Filla. Laura has her own coaching business, Filla Endurance, and she is part if the Big River personal coaching network. Her presentation will be followed by a Q & A session.

Where – Big River Running West County
When – November 20, 2024: Meeting will start at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30pm for snacks and social time. Come even earlier if you would like to shop prior to the meeting.
Who – Prospective as well as current members. If you or someone you know is on the fence about becoming a triathlete or joining the Saint Louis Triathlon Club please consider attending.
