Update: Now with 1 mile fun run for the kiddos!
Hello Tri Clubbers! I know a lot of our events and races and get-togethers are slowly being postponed or cancelled, so I would like to officially announce the first (and hopefully last) Saint Louis Triathlon Club Virtual Social Distance 5k/10k/1 Mi Fun Run. This event will take place on April 11th, 2020. Any participant who completes either a 5k, 10k or 1 Mile distance on April 11th will get some swag. I’m hoping this will give us all something to look forward to and train for. Here’s what you have to do:
1.) Complete a 5k, 10k, or 1 mile distance on April 11th.
2.) Take a screenshot, picture, or any proof that you completed the distance of your Garmin, Strava, Myfitnesspal…whatever (for the file-less kids, just a pic of them running will suffice!), and send it to myself either via Facebook (Club Group), or email:

3.) No times or places will be posted so you don’t have to worry about that
4.) I’d love to see some finisher medals/t-shirts anything like that – be creative
5.) Swag will be distributed at the next possible tri club meeting
6.) If you can’t make our meetings, let me know in your message to me and I will find a way to get you your gear
7.) 1 award per participant please
