What – St. Louis Triathlon Club September membership meeting
When – Sept 18, 2024 at 7pm CST. Pre-meeting social time will start at 6:30pm.
Where – The Heights Community Center – located at 8001 Dale Avenue, Richmond Heights, MO 63117
Who – Prospective as well as current members. If you or someone you know is on the fence about becoming a triathlete or joining the Saint Louis Triathlon Club please consider attending!
Featured Speaker – Megan Sanders, MPT, LMT and owner of Sub-Zero Wellness
Topic – Sub-Zero Wellness focus is on the natural healing process of the body. Sub-Zero Wellness offers several recovery modalities such as cryotherapy, Normatec, red light therapy, infrared sauna, and massage therapy.
Other Stuff – Food. Great attendance prizes from our sponsors … Updates on races, group training, and other activities and upcoming events!!
Also, if anyone wants to bring tri-items they want to swap, sell, or donate to Bworks, plan to come at 6:30 (before the meeting portion starts) with your items as there will be little time after the meeting for browsing, swapping and selling.
