  • Saturday – International (Olympic) Distance: 1500m OWS / 40km bike (non-drafting) / 10km run
  • Sunday – Sprint Distance: 750m OWS / 20km bike (non-drafting) / 5km run

“Time to Tri” open waves available for non qualifiers.

New for 2021, you must qualify for the Sprint race as well as the International (Olympic) distance race.

Note: Anybody who qualified for the 2020 Age Group National Championships is automatically qualified for 2021

The International (Olympic) distance race is the Team USA qualifier for the 202? ITU Standard Triathlon World Championship. The ITU race is non-drafting.

The Sprint distance race is one of two Team USA qualifiers for the 202? ITU Standard Triathlon World Championship. The other is the Draft-Legal Sprint Triathlon National Championship. The ITU race is draft-legal.

There is a 750m OWS race on Friday.
