Sprint Triathlon: 500 yards – OPEN WATER SWIM, 11.5 mi – BIKE, 3.1 mi – RUN
Sprint AquaBike: 500 yards – OPEN WATER SWIM, 11.5 mi – BIKE
High School Sprint Triathlon: 500 yards – OPEN WATER SWIM, 11.5 mi – BIKE, 3.1 mi – RUN
Relay option is also available for the Sprint Triathlon

Olympic Triathlon: .9 mile – OPEN WATER SWIM, 24 mi – BIKE, 6.2 mi – RUN
Olympic AquaBike: .9 mile – OPEN WATER SWIM, 24 mi – BIKE
