Dates/Times: 01/26/2025 7:00 am - 11:00 am	Nippy Niner & Nippy Nine K Trail Runs The Nippy Niner is a nine mile (15K) paved, gravel and off-road trail run. The Nippy Niner Trail run will begin on paved trail around Spanish Lake before heading into the double track, gravel, and single track around the upper Sunflower Lake. 9 Mile competitors will complete two laps of the trail section; 9K competitors will complete one off-road loop. Both distances will be extra nippy!! Fast, flat and extra Nippy. The Nippy 9K is a shorter version of the race, starting at the same time. As such, it has additional qualifying slots for Age Group Nationals. Taking place at the scenic and local favorite, Creve Coeur Park, the St. Louis Triathlon is ideal for both veterans, and those new to the multisport experience.
